The fine print

The terms.

The fine print, written so you can read it. It's still the fine print.

Who you're dealing with

Good Company Agency is a trading name of Three H Agency Pty Ltd as trustee for the Three H Agency Unit Trust, ABN 49 890 917 965. Contact: hello@goodcompanyagency.com.au.

These terms cover any work you book with us. When you pay your invoice, you're agreeing to them.

What you're buying

A one-off setup of your Instagram, plus any add-ons you choose. What's included depends on what you choose: The Tidy Up, or Fit for Company (You film it, We film it or From scratch). The details are on our website and on your invoice. If the two ever disagree, the invoice wins.

Some things happen inside your own accounts, like archiving old posts and linking your Facebook and Instagram. For those, we give you a step-by-step guide rather than doing it for you, unless we've agreed otherwise.

We don't manage your account after handover. We make it, you post it. (Want a hand scheduling it? Ask, and we'll quote.)

Price and payment

How long it takes

About 3 weeks from when you've paid and we've had our brief call. Often quicker.

Some of it depends on you: getting us footage, access to your accounts, and feedback. If we're waiting on you, the 3 weeks waits too. If a job sits waiting on you for more than 21 days, we'll send you a reminder, then hand over whatever's done and close it off.

Filming

We film it and From scratch include 2 hours of filming with our team, at a place and time we agree.

You film it: we send you a shot list and check your footage before we start. If it won't work, we'll tell you straight away. Then you can reshoot, switch to We film it and pay the difference, or cancel (see below).

Changes

You get 1 round of changes on the finished work. Tell us everything you want changed in one go. More rounds, or changes to something you've already approved, we'll quote first.

What we need from you

Who owns what

Once you've paid in full, the finished posts, captions, templates and brand assets we make for you are yours to use however you like.

A few things to know:

Our team

We use a small team of trusted designers, editors and filmmakers, some of them overseas. We're responsible for their work as if it were ours.

Cancelling and refunds

None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

What we don't promise

We'll make your Instagram look and read like the business people recommend. We can't promise a number of followers, likes or enquiries. That depends on you posting it, and on the algorithm, which nobody controls. (Including Meta, some days.)

We're also not responsible for what Meta, Google or LinkedIn do to accounts, including suspensions, outages or feature changes.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms takes those away.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to what you paid us for it. Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us, we limit it to doing the work again or refunding what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business or lost profit.

Privacy

How we handle your information is in our privacy policy at goodcompanyagency.com.au/privacy.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first, at hello@goodcompanyagency.com.au. We'll try to sort it out properly before anyone thinks about lawyers.
